Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked rice, broccoli florets, cheddar cheese, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well until all ingredients are blended.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish. If using, sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.

- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.

Notes
