Preparation
  1. Start by seasoning the beef chuck roast with salt and pepper.
  2. In your Crockpot, place the chopped onion, followed by the carrots and potatoes.
  3. Lay the seasoned roast on top of the veggies.
  4. Pour in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, then sprinkle the minced garlic on top.
Cooking
  1. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours, until the meat is tender.
Serving
  1. Serve it hot, and don’t be shy—garnish with fresh herbs!
