Preparation
- Start by seasoning the beef chuck roast with salt and pepper.
- In your Crockpot, place the chopped onion, followed by the carrots and potatoes.
- Lay the seasoned roast on top of the veggies.
- Pour in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, then sprinkle the minced garlic on top.
Cooking
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours, until the meat is tender.
Serving
- Serve it hot, and don’t be shy—garnish with fresh herbs!
