Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and garlic, and sauté until softened.
  3. Toss in the ground turkey and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in the sliced bell peppers, chili powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Cook until the peppers are tender.
  6. Serve the mixture over rice, in lettuce wraps, or in tacos.

For added flavor, garnish with fresh herbs like parsley or cilantro before serving.
